Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.

Item Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• In its original, undamaged packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Elite Power Tools will cover the full cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind:

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong specification, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at sales@elitepowertools.co.ke or call +254 794 119 319 within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Once approved, securely pack the item and deliver it to our physical store:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.

• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
• Funds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., M-Pesa or bank transfer) within 3 to 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom-cut cables or wires.
• Items damaged by improper installation, misuse, or power surges (refer to warranty terms).
• Consumables such as drill bits or grinding discs that have been opened or used.
